• The JustBeOpen Android application

The service is currently intended for users in Indonesia.

• Conversation style tags (for example: Listening, Sharing stories, Discussing ideas)
• Topics you enjoy (for example: Work and career, Relationships, Psychology)
• Your written answers (for example: why you want to join this kind of club)

3.5 Community content and messaging

• Group chat messages
• Posts, comments, and reactions
• Photos and videos you upload (including content other than your profile photo)

3.6 Device and technical information

We process limited technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as:

• App version and operating system version
• Basic device and language settings
• Security-related logs (for abuse prevention and troubleshooting)

Analytics SDKs and crash reporting tools: not used in the current version.

Advertising and ad identifiers (such as GAID): not used in the current version.

3.7 Location data

We do not collect precise or approximate device geolocation.

We only use the location you enter in your profile (city and district).

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Build your member profile and enable community features
• Display member lists and community participation inside the app
• Enable group chats, posts, comments, and media sharing
• Moderate the community, handle reports, and maintain safety
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Protect the service from spam, fraud, and misuse
• Manage access and membership features (including paid access once enabled)

5. What other members can see

JustBeOpen is a community product, so some information is visible to other members inside the app.

Depending on how the product is configured, this may include:

• Your profile photo, name, city and district
• Some profile fields (for example: profession, hobbies, sports, languages, conversation tags, topics)
• Your community content (posts, comments, reactions)
• Media you share in the community and group chats

Your date of birth may be displayed as an age or kept restricted, depending on current app settings.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid access is planned via Google Play Billing.

• Payment card details are processed by Google, not by us.
• We may store limited purchase-related information needed to grant access and support users, such as subscription status, product or plan, purchase identifiers, and access dates.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in these cases:

7.1 Service providers

We use infrastructure and hosting providers to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

7.2 Google Play

If you purchase a subscription, Google Play processes the payment and provides us with purchase status information necessary to manage your access.

7.3 Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, or if reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the rights and safety of users and the public
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Respond to lawful requests from authorities

8. International data transfers and storage location

Your data is stored and processed on servers located in Germany (including uploaded photos and videos).

This means your information may be transferred outside Indonesia. We take reasonable steps to protect your information when it is processed internationally.

9. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

Typical retention rules:

• Account and profile data: kept until you delete your account
• Community content and messages: kept until account deletion, unless removal or anonymization is required sooner for moderation or safety
• Security and troubleshooting logs: typically kept for up to 90 days (may vary if needed for security investigations)
• Purchase and access records (once payments are enabled): kept as required for support and applicable accounting or legal obligations

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the app:

• Profile -> Settings -> Delete account

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

• Send a request to justbeopen.bali@gmail.com from the email used to sign in
• Subject line: "Delete my account"

After deletion, we remove your profile and associated data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and secure data transmission. No system is perfectly secure, so we continuously improve our safeguards.

12. Age requirement

The service is intended for users aged 18 and above. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will take steps to remove the account and associated data.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access and correct your information
• Delete your account and personal data
